How to Play 101 Okey Vip Game Without Internet:

101 Okey Vip is a multiplayer game typically played in multiple rounds with four players. Your goal is to finish each round with as few points as possible. The player who accumulates the least points by the end of all rounds emerges as the winner. Points are calculated based on the numbers on the remaining tiles in your hand (for example, a red 3 equals three points, a black 11 equals eleven points). The game concludes either when no more tiles are left to draw from the deck or when a player successfully completes their hand.

Getting Started with the Game:

The game begins with the dealer distributing 21 stones to each player and 22 stones to the player on their immediate right. The remaining stones are placed face down on the table, with one stone turned face up. This face-up stone determines the joker, known as the OKEY piece. The gameplay progresses counterclockwise, starting with the player to the right of the dealer, who has 22 stones and must discard a tile without drawing one. Subsequent players can either draw a tile from the deck or pick up the last discarded tile. If a player's total series reaches 101 points, they can open their hand by placing their arranged series on the table. Even if a player opens their entire hand, they must still discard a final tile to end their turn.

Joker (Okey Stone or Riziko):

The joker, or OKEY stone, varies with each game. Two joker tiles, referred to as fake jokers, represent the number one higher than the face-up tile. These jokers are distinct from other standard pieces. Real jokers are denoted by 'fake jokers' based on the opened tile. For example, if the indicator tile is a blue 5, the real jokers are the two blue 6s in play, and fake jokers are valued as blue 6.

Deals and Showing Hands:

To open a hand, you need at least 101 points and must form sets of three or four tiles of the same number but different colors (e.g., black 5, red 5, and blue 5) or sequential sets of the same color (e.g., red 7, 8, 9). A set must contain a minimum of three tiles. You can add to existing opened sets once you have reached the 101-point threshold and opened your hand. If you pick up a discarded tile, you must use it immediately. If you haven't opened your hand yet, you must do so upon picking up this tile and incorporate it into one of your sets. If the picked-up tile can't be used to form a set or open a hand, it's returned, and you draw a new tile from the deck without incurring penalty points.

Doubles:

Another way to open your hand is by collecting at least five pairs of tiles. A pair consists of two identical stones. If you open your game with doubles, you cannot open a regular set during the same game, but you can add tiles to sets opened by other players on the table.
