The Iași BILET app simplifies Iași public transport. This travel portal, provided by the Iași Public Transport Company, offers a range of features to make commuting easier.

Key features include:

• Ticket Purchase: Buy tickets using your bank card.
• Route Planning: Calculate the best route using real-time data.
• Real-time Tracking: View bus, tram, and trolleybus locations on an interactive map.

After creating an account and linking a transport card, users can:

• Top-up Cards: Add travel credits using online banking.
• Manage Cards: Manage multiple cards from a single account. This includes adding e-wallet credit, purchasing subscriptions, and renewing existing ones.
• View Transaction History: Access a detailed history of all transactions.
• Request Subsidies: Users eligible for subsidies can submit supporting documents for approval. Approved users can purchase discounted or free tickets.
• Manage Notifications: Receive notifications about ticket expiration, top-ups, and other card actions via device or email.

The app also offers advanced route planning:

• Route Optimization: Find the optimal route between two points using real-time vehicle locations. Users can start from their current location or a custom location on the map.
• Save Favorites: Save frequently used locations for quick access.
• Real-time Updates: See real-time vehicle locations and receive notifications about potential line disruptions.
• Line Information: View complete line routes, search for specific lines, and see arrival times at stations. The app displays the next three arrival times for each line at a selected station.
• Sales Point Locator: Find ticket sales points on the map and view their operating hours.

The Iași BILET app is available in Romanian and English.
