Mushaf

Mushaf is a free and user-friendly app designed to enhance your experience of reading the Quran. As an electronic Quran, it comes packed with unique features tailored for reading, listening, and memorizing, especially for children, along with comprehensive interpretations.

The app includes a built-in paper Mushaf and Tafsir, allowing offline access for reading. It boasts an advanced index system, which organizes the Quran into parts and Suras, and offers search functionality within both indexes. Users can access various editions of the Mushaf, including Mosshaf Al-Madina, Mosshaf Al-Tajweed (colored according to Tajweed rules), and Mosshaf Warsh (Rewayat Warsh An-Nafei').

Mushaf provides gapless audio playback with recitations from many renowned reciters, featuring Rewayat Hafs, Warsh, and Qaloon. You can search through the entire Quran text or within specific Suras, and share Quran text or images with ease.

The app offers Arabic Tafsir (Commentary) from esteemed sources such as Al-Saa'di, Ibn-Katheer, Al-Baghawy, Al-Qortoby, Al-Tabary, and Al-Waseet. Additionally, text translations of the Quran's meanings are available in English and French. For those interested in grammar, E'rab Al-Quran by Qasim Da'aas is included.

Enhancing usability, Mushaf supports split-screen viewing between the Quran and Tafsir, page switching via swipe or volume buttons, and an easy bookmarking system by swiping the bookmark handle. Other convenient features include keeping the screen always on during reading, a night mode, the ability to convert Quran text and control font size, and synchronization between recitation and the Aya position on the page, which highlights the Aya as it is recited.

Users can repeat verses, keep audio playing even when the app is closed, and control audio playback from the notification panel. To support these features, Mushaf requires internet access to download necessary content such as recitations, translations, and Quran page images, and access to file storage to save these downloaded items.
