Twilight Survivors is a new battlefield survival game by SakuraGame. It already dropped for PC players on Steam back in April this year. Now, it’s available for mobile players, too. It’s a roguelike that will remind you of Vampire Survivors (the name rings a bell, too).
It’s about picking the right strategic abilities to smash through monster hordes. You deal with procedurally generated levels, permadeath (you die and start over) and turn-based gameplay. The strongest point of the game looks like its graphics and visual effects. You’ll see 3D characters and monsters that are almost too cute to kill.
Content-wise, however, Twilight Survivors looks a bit light. You get nine characters to play with, four maps to explore and fifteen levels to beat. Apart from that, there are over 20 weapons, 20 super weapons, 100 Kwent Cards and more than 50 types of monsters.
Each of the characters has a unique style, weapons and talent trees. You can spend your coins to boost your characters using the Talent Tree, Kwent Card and Lore systems. You’ll fight across plains, snowy mountains, deserts and more.
Catch a glimpse of Twilight Survivors below to see if it’s something you would like.
Twilight Survivors is a time-limited survival game with rogue-lite elements and some seriously adorable art. Set in Bonder Continent, where darkness is your playground. Future updates are expected to bring in new characters and abilities, so more content is definitely on the horizon.
If you’re into games that make you think and adapt on the fly, this one’s probably right up your alley. Check it out on the Google Play Store. It’s free to play.
