"Dawnwalker RPG Unveiled by CD Projekt RED Veterans"

Rebel Wolves, a studio established by former CD Projekt RED developers, recently held a stream to unveil their debut project, *The Blood of Dawnwalker*. During the event, they showcased a captivating four-minute cinematic trailer that sets the stage for this dark fantasy action RPG. This trailer isn't just a teaser; it's the opening scene that kicks off the game's immersive storyline.

Set in an alternate version of Europe during the mid-14th century, *The Blood of Dawnwalker* follows the journey of a young man named Coen. After the dramatic events of the intro, Coen acquires supernatural powers and embarks on a mission to save his loved ones from the clutches of vampires. The catch? He has only 30 days and nights to succeed. Time progresses during specific gameplay moments, adding a layer of urgency and requiring players to manage it wisely.

Throughout the game, Coen grapples with moral dilemmas, deciding whether to hold onto his humanity or give in to his darker vampiric instincts. This choice impacts not only the gameplay but also the unfolding narrative. A key mechanic, known as Blood Hunger, adds tension—should Coen go too long without feeding on blood, he risks losing control and potentially harming important characters, which can lead to unforeseen consequences.

Players will have the freedom to explore richly detailed environments, where the time of day significantly influences various elements. Rebel Wolves describes the game's world as a "narrative sandbox," offering players extensive opportunities to shape their actions and experiences.

*The Blood of Dawnwalker* has been in development for two years and is being crafted using Unreal Engine 5. The game is slated for release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, though an official release date has yet to be announced. Keep an eye out for more updates as this promising title progresses towards its launch.
