Today marks the global release of *Alphadia III* on Android, bringing the third installment of the acclaimed Alphadia series to players worldwide. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game initially launched in Japan last October and now offers its immersive experience to a broader audience.
Set in the Alphadian Year 970, *Alphadia III* plunges you into the climactic moments of the Energi War, a fierce struggle over the enigmatic life force known as energi. The global conflict divides the world among three major powers: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom in the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east. As the situation teeters on the brink of collapse, the narrative centers around a clone soldier named Alfonso. His journey begins with a pivotal visit from a girl named Tarte, who brings news of another clone's death, igniting a transformative moment in Alfonso's life.
*Alphadia III* retains the classic turn-based combat system viewed from a side perspective, rendered in nostalgic pixel art. The game features a variety of systems to enhance your combat experience. SP Skills, which accumulate during battles, can dramatically shift the tide when activated at the right moment. Additionally, Arrays are strategic battle formations that unlock progressively, offering diverse tactical options tailored to different adversaries.
A novel feature introduced in this installment is the Energi Crock. As you journey, you can deposit spare items into it, which over time, will generate Energi Elements. These can be exchanged at in-game shops for valuable equipment or other rewards.
Throughout the game, you'll encounter various factions such as the peacekeeping alliance, Deval, and elite military units like Nordsheim's Rosenkreutz. The game also introduces different energi clone models, including Nordsheim's Berger Series and Schwarzschild's Delta Series.
Beyond its engaging main storyline, *Alphadia III* offers a wealth of side content, ensuring hours of additional gameplay. The game is optimized for controller use, enhancing the gaming experience on Android devices. You can purchase *Alphadia III* on the Google Play Store for $7.99. Alternatively, a freemium version with ads is available for those looking to try before they buy.
