Marvel Rivals Reveals New Stats and Most Picked Heroes

Marvel Rivals: Season 1 Hero Data Reveals Top Picks and Win Rates

NetEase has released comprehensive player statistics for Marvel Rivals, highlighting the most and least popular heroes during the game's initial month. The data reveals surprising trends and hints at potential shifts with the upcoming Season 1 updates.

Jeff the Land Shark reigns supreme in Quickplay across both PC and console platforms, boasting the highest pick rate. However, Mantis unexpectedly claims the top spot for win rate, exceeding 50% in both Quickplay (56%) and Competitive (55%) modes. Other high-performing heroes include Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.

Competitive play shows a platform-specific preference: Cloak & Dagger dominate on console, while Luna Snow reigns on PC.

The data also reveals a significant disparity. Storm, a Duelist character, suffers from extremely low pick rates (1.66% in Quickplay, 0.69% in Competitive), largely attributed to player feedback regarding her underperforming damage and gameplay mechanics. However, NetEase has announced substantial buffs for Storm in Season 1, potentially altering her standing considerably.

The introduction of the Fantastic Four in Season 1, starting with Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman at launch, followed by The Human Torch and The Thing later, is expected to significantly impact the meta. The upcoming balance changes and new characters promise a dynamic shift in the Marvel Rivals landscape, making this data a snapshot of a rapidly evolving game.

Marvel Rivals Most Picked Heroes:

  • Jeff the Land Shark: Quickplay (PC & Console)
  • Cloak & Dagger: Competitive (Console)
  • Luna Snow: Competitive (PC)
