NetEase Announces the EOS of Dead by Daylight Mobile

NetEase has announced the end-of-service (EOS) for their popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile. After a four-year run on Android, the game will officially shut down. This mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's hit title, initially released on PC in June 2016, launched in April 2020. The PC and console versions remain unaffected.

Dead by Daylight Mobile pits four Survivors against one Killer in a thrilling game of cat and mouse. Players can choose to stalk and sacrifice Survivors as the Killer, or strive for survival as a Survivor.

Dead by Daylight Mobile Shutdown Date:

The official EOS date is March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Players who already have the game installed can continue playing until the final shutdown date.

NetEase will process refunds according to regional laws. Details regarding the refund process will be released on January 16th, 2025.

Players wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those making the switch, and loyalty rewards will be granted for in-app purchases and earned XP on the mobile version.
