Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

Pikmin Bloom

Today is Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating with a unique twist on their Party Walk event. Instead of focusing on steps, this event encourages players to plant more flowers, aligning perfectly with the Earth Day theme. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality and location-based gaming, you won't want to miss out on this engaging new event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom runs from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, instead of counting your steps, the game will track the number of flowers you plant. Every bloom contributes to the global total, making your efforts count towards a collective goal.

This event not only promotes more greenery but also adds a fun, rewarding element to your participation. The more flowers planted by the community, the more rewards you can unlock. Specifically, players can earn weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings based on the total number of flowers planted:

  • If the community plants 500 million flowers, everyone participating will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin.
  • Reaching 1 billion flowers will unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin for all participants.
  • Should the total hit 1.5 billion flowers, players will get a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, exclusive to White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind

To ensure your flowers are counted, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up correctly. If you haven't yet, you can download the game from the Google Play Store.

To help you with your flower planting mission, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Remember, all types of flowers contribute to the goal, so feel free to plant any variety you like. Get out there and start blooming!
