"Reverse: 1999 Launches Chinatown Showdown Update Part One"

The highly anticipated Hong Kong cinema-inspired update, "Showdown in Chinatown," for *Reverse: 1999* version 2.5 part one, is now live! This exciting update brings a host of new features and characters to the game, including the limited character Liang Yue and the five-star character Loggerhead.

In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles, prompting the Vigiles Bureau to assign Officer Liang Yue to collaborate with the Division of Arcane Affairs in an effort to apprehend Nightpiercer once and for all.

Liang Yue will be available through the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Additionally, all players can claim a free garment for the beloved character, Windsong. With a total of 40x free pulls available through various rewards and events, you'll have plenty of opportunities to snag these top-tier characters.

The update also introduces two new challenges: "When the Alarm Sounds" and the board game-themed "Critter Crash," both available until the 29th. These challenges offer special rewards, including Limited Portraits and a new garment.

Liang Yue's traditional Chinese-style dress inspires the new "Old Stories New Perspectives" garment series, which is available for characters Jiu Niangzi, Tuesday, Sotheby, The Fool, and Windsong.

Keep an eye out for the new limited building, where you can collect Red Envelopes through tasks and minigames. These can be swapped for rewards such as 5-star insight coupons, portraits, and growth materials.
