SaGa-Inspired DLC 'Emerald Diorama' and Cross-Save Update Released for Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors has released a thrilling new free DLC today called the Emerald Diorama, which is a unique crossover with Square Enix’s renowned fantasy RPG series, SaGa. This marks the game's most substantial update to date, infusing it with JRPG elements and expanding its universe.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a captivating new stage designed as a mini world map, offering players a world-hopping experience. Players can explore over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who sing cursed melodies. Additionally, the DLC boasts more than 16 new weapons and introduces a novel Glimmer system, allowing players to acquire new skills randomly during their runs. The soundtrack also gets a boost with nine fresh music tracks enhancing the gaming atmosphere.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players should navigate to Moongolow and interact with a new merchant. Purchasing the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold is the key to progressively unlocking the new content. A standout feature of this update is the introduction of character parties, enabling players to form their own mini squads for a more collaborative gameplay experience.

Furthermore, the DLC adds two new Adventures, each comprising six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" is tailored for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" enriches the new DLC's content.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

In addition to the Emerald Diorama, Vampire Survivors has rolled out another free update titled The Coop. This update is themed around chickens and introduces a new character, Gazebo, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay. Players can achieve various achievements and unlock Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens will unlock the full potential of The Coop update.

A useful tip for The Coop: refrain from killing any enemies for the first minute to unlock the Gaze of Gaea. Evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.

Vampire Survivors, along with the free DLC Emerald Diorama and the free update The Coop, is available on the Google Play Store. Players can now enjoy cross-platform saving, allowing seamless progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
