Spring Hunt 2025 Update Released for Monster Hunter Now!

The Spring Hunt 2025 event in Monster Hunter Now is an exciting online paid event scheduled to take place from May 24th to May 25th, 2025. To participate, you'll need to purchase an event ticket from the Monster Hunter Now shop. This ticket grants you access to uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions, where you'll exclusively face off against the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos. No more waiting between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons, and as an added bonus, you'll have the chance to earn unique Chameleos-themed layered gear.

During the Spring Hunt 2025, two Event Exchange Hubs will be available. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will be open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. To make the most of these hubs, you can collect tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons between May 19th and May 25th. These tokens can then be exchanged for valuable items like the Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Get Your Hands on Chameleos?

Chameleos, the master of stealth, is known for its ability to cloak itself and release a fog that obscures visibility. Starting May 24th, 2025, you can engage in Elder Dragon Interceptions and challenge this vanishing menace. If you're ranked 100 or above, you'll have the opportunity to encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions, which enter a preliminary state at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th. To maximize your chances of success, equip weapons that deal Fire, Dragon, or Blast damage, as Chameleos is particularly susceptible to these elements.

Defeating Chameleos allows you to craft the new Mizuha Set armour, which comes with the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects on you by half and increases your ability to inflict poison on your targets. With materials from Chameleos, you can also craft a variety of weapons, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
