White Steam Deck Will Only Be Available While Supplies Last

After three years of anticipation, Valve is finally releasing a limited-edition white Steam Deck OLED! This highly sought-after console, dubbed "Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition White," will be available starting November 18th, 2024, at 3 PM PST.

Priced at $679 USD, this white Steam Deck is a limited release and will be available worldwide, including regions such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia. However, quantities are strictly limited, with stock distributed proportionally across each region. Valve has confirmed that only one unit per account can be purchased, and accounts must have a prior Steam purchase before November 2024 to be eligible. This is a one-time release; once sold out, there will be no further production of this specific model.

This white Steam Deck fulfills a long-held desire among fans, who first saw a prototype back in 2021. Valve's Greg Coomer previously stated that while they loved the white prototype, it wasn't initially feasible to release it alongside the standard black model.
