The philosopher witch Teijia has unleashed a terrifying new weapon: a scorpion-god whose venom corrupts the very fabric of reality. As the world's edges crumble, the nomadic Stormraiders launch one last, desperate assault to crush the Three Nations and claim a kingdom of their own.

This time, the sign of your god and a handful of allies won't be enough. To end this war and save the world from annihilation, you must raise an army! Become a warlord, crime lord, or divine leader—then journey across oceans and deserts to find a way to defeat the Unconquerable Scorpion.

Old Friends and Foes Return. Reunite with Melaxu the nymph philosopher and Tamur the Desert Empire spy—seeking friendship, rivalry, or romance. But beware: Stormraiders Galimar and Gisla are back as well. What will your rulers, King Hyras and the Desert Empress, ask of you now?

New Heroes, New Dangers. Recruit Col the satyr general and his ward Clannath, a crow-woman cursed by the God of Rage. Seize territories across two nations and scheme to protect your followers. Yet stay vigilant—the dark priests have their own ambitions, and the priests of Heaven still see you as a heretic and enemy of the gods!

The End of Philosophy? While King Hyras and Lord Vankred clash to conclude the Stormraider War, the witch Teijia unveils her ultimate creation: the Emissary Beast Magdala, the Unconquerable Scorpion. Its venom can destroy the mechanisms that sustain the World That Remains. How can anyone stop a being crafted by the gods to be invincible?
