UNO Star is a comprehensive Customer Engagement Program designed to enhance loyalty and streamline interactions across the UNO Minda ecosystem. This digital platform seamlessly connects Retailers, Mechanics, and Consumers, creating a unified experience that fosters engagement and rewards participation.

To get started, customers can register through the [ttpp] UNO Star app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives. All registrations are subject to approval by the UNO Minda team in accordance with the program’s Terms & Conditions. Enrollment is only complete once approval has been granted.

Once enrolled, eligible customers—including Mechanics, Retailers, and End Consumers—can access a range of tailored benefits through the app, based on their customer category.

Retailers:
Registered Retailers gain access to multiple features within the [yyxx] UNO Star app. They can submit Retailer Loyalty Coupons, browse the E-Catalogue, register Mechanics under their network, redeem Mechanic Points on behalf of their associated Mechanics, and even place product orders directly through the platform.

Mechanics:
Mechanics enjoy dedicated loyalty benefits, allowing them to redeem earned coupon points on selected UNO Minda products marked with the UNO Star coupon. They also have full access to the E-Catalogue, enabling them to explore product offerings and make informed redemption choices.

Consumers:
End Consumers can use the app to explore the E-Catalogue, learn more about UNO Minda’s product range, and search for specific spare parts based on vehicle type and OEM category. This empowers consumers with easy access to genuine parts and trusted product information.
