In the game, your mission is to eradicate all viruses by strategically aligning capsules of matching colors. The board is filled with viruses in three distinct hues: red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you have the power to maneuver each falling capsule horizontally and rotate it to align perfectly with viruses or existing capsules. The key to success lies in creating alignments of four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, which results in their removal from the board. Your ultimate goal is to clear all viruses from the field to successfully complete each level. However, beware: if capsules accumulate to the point of blocking the narrow neck of the bottle, it's game over.
You have the flexibility to choose your starting difficulty whenever you begin a new game. This difficulty is set on a scale from zero to twenty, determining the initial number of viruses you must eliminate. Additionally, you can select from three different game speed settings, which affect the descent rate of the capsules within the bottle. Your score is calculated based exclusively on the number of viruses you eliminate, not on the time you take to finish the level or the capsules you use. If you conquer the highest difficulty level, you can continue playing to boost your score, though the number of viruses to clear stays constant. Bonus points are awarded for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, but there are no extra points for triggering chain reactions where one set of eliminations causes another. The game's speed setting also influences your scoring, with higher speeds offering greater point rewards.
