The app offers a clear view of your insulin pump and CGM data, enabling you to monitor your glucose levels and review your history. With just a few taps, you can see how your levels are trending, giving you the insights you need to make informed health decisions.

Automatic data uploads to CareLink™ software make it easier than ever to share your data with your care partners, ensuring that they stay informed about your health status.

Additional features of the app include:

• An easy-to-use secondary display for your insulin pump data
• Insulin pump system notifications directly on your smartphone
• Data presented in a familiar structure, mirroring your MiniMed™ insulin pump system interface
• Detailed displays of both past and current insulin pump and CGM data

IMPORTANT: The MiniMed™ Mobile app is exclusively compatible with the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, designed for wireless communication with compatible smart devices. To check the list of compatible devices, please visit your local Medtronic website. Note that this app will not function with other MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps. The MiniMed™ Mobile app serves as a secondary display for your compatible MiniMed™ insulin pump system on your consumer electronic device, allowing for passive monitoring and data syncing to the CareLink™ system. It is crucial to understand that this app does not replace the real-time display on the primary device (your insulin pump). All therapy decisions should be based on the data shown on the primary display device.

The app does not analyze, modify, or control any function of the connected continuous glucose monitoring system or insulin pump. It also does not receive information directly from the sensor or transmitter of a continuous glucose monitoring system.

For technical or customer service issues, do not use the app store as your first point of contact. To protect your privacy and ensure prompt resolution, please contact the local Medtronic support line directly.
