Albion Online has kicked off 2025 with a thrilling update named Rogue Frontier, embracing the theme of living on the edge. This update introduces a new faction, innovative trading methods, and exciting new weapons. Players can now immerse themselves in an underground network of outcasts who live by their own rules.

These dens serve as bases where players can store their loot, engage in illicit activities, and access essential services like banks, repair stations, and travel planners. The Smugglers' Network introduces a new trading system that connects the Outlands, allowing players to move goods without the usual taxes imposed by the Royal Continent, albeit at a cost to the Smugglers themselves.

The Smugglers have evolved into a full-fledged Faction, offering missions that test your loyalty. You might find yourself tracking down stolen Smuggler Crates from ambushed wagons or rescuing captured Smugglers from the Royal Guards. Completing these missions earns you Smuggler’s Coins, which can be used to enhance your standing within their ranks.

Let’s Look Beyond the Smuggler Action

The Rogue Frontier Update doesn't stop at the Smugglers. It introduces several long-awaited features to enhance your Albion Online experience. The new Bank Overview feature allows you to easily track where your items are stored across the game world, eliminating the hassle of remembering where you stashed that rare loot.

For PvP enthusiasts, Kill Trophies have been added, providing a way to immortalize your most memorable battles. Additionally, the Albion Journal now includes a Creatures category, encouraging players to document the diverse beasts that roam the wilds.
