Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta Testing Dates

Beta Access:

  • Early Access: August 30th - September 4th (Pre-orders and select Game Pass subscribers).
  • Open Beta: September 6th - 9th (Free for all players).

Mark your calendars! The full game launches October 25th, 2024, on PC (Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4, and will also be available on Xbox Game Pass.

Black Ops 6 Gameplay Details:

Treyarch's associate director of design, Matt Scronce, revealed exciting details:

  • Multiplayer Maps: 16 maps at launch – 12 standard 6v6 maps and 4 Strike maps (playable as 6v6 or 2v2).
  • Zombies Mode: Returns with two new maps.
  • Omnimovement: A new gameplay mechanic.
  • Scorestreaks: The classic scorestreak system is back, resetting upon player death.
  • Dedicated Melee Weapon Slot: Carry a melee weapon without sacrificing a secondary weapon.

A complete multiplayer reveal is scheduled for the Call of Duty Next event on August 28th.
