A newly released photo from The Fantastic Four: First Steps appears to showcase a pivotal moment from the film's later stages, connecting directly to the post-credit scene featured in Thunderbolts/New Avengers*. The image, shared on Instagram by Fandango, captures Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm in a futuristic setting, seemingly floating in zero gravity, as reported by Cinema Blend.

In the photo, both characters are seen wearing their iconic Fantastic Four spacesuits, which they obtain following their transformative journey into space where they acquire their superpowers. The presence of the Fantastic Four logo on what looks like a door or airlock in the background further suggests this scene occurs after their initial space adventure.

This image indicates that the scene is set later in the movie, once the Fantastic Four have solidified their status as heroes.
