Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, renowned for the Construction Simulator series, along with publisher astragon, have unveiled Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, an immersive simulation game powered by Unreal Engine 5. Set to launch in Fall 2025, this game will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, allowing players to step into the role of a firefighter tackling a variety of hazardous scenarios including rescuing trapped citizens, battling electrical fires, handling flammable liquids, and dealing with grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. Additionally, players can engage in four-player cooperative mode, enhancing the team-based firefighting experience.

Firefighting Simulator: Ignite aims to deliver an unparalleled level of realism with its fire, smoke, and heat physics. The game will further immerse players by incorporating officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from top brands such as HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. This includes fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, as well as personal protective equipment. The game also features authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, including models like the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX, ensuring an authentic firefighting experience.
