You can either visit the official Genshin Impact website, navigate to the "Redeem Code" page (found in the top menu), select your server and character name, and then enter your codes. Alternatively, you can redeem them directly in-game. Just open the "Menu," go to "Settings," then "Account," select "Redeem Code," and enter your code.
