Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9: Cosmic Overhaul Arrives December 3rd!

Get ready for a celestial upgrade! Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9 launches December 3rd, bringing a universe of changes, including a revamped minion lineup, new features, and a fresh start for rankings.

Bob's Technotavern Gets a Tech Upgrade:

This season sees a complete overhaul. Trinkets are being retired, making way for exciting new Battlegrounds Tokens. These tokens allow you to reroll a hero option at the selection screen – perfect for escaping those less-than-ideal choices.

Minion Reveal Schedule:

• November 20th: Naga and Dragon reveals.
• November 21st: Quilboar and Beast reveals.
• November 22nd: Pirate and Duos-only reveals.
• November 25th: Murloc and Demon reveals.
• November 26th: Elemental and Undead reveals.
• December 2nd: Preview event streams and 31.2 patch notes.

More New Additions:

Three new heroes join the fray, with Farseer Nobundo already generating considerable excitement. Prepare for a significant shift in the minion and Tavern spell pools, with nearly 90 minions either entering or leaving.

Solo Battlegrounds games will see a damage cap adjustment: 5 damage early game, increasing to 10 on turn 4 and 15 on turn 8. This cap is removed once you reach the top 4.

Minion Pool Rollout:

• December 3rd: Beasts, Dragons, Quilboar, Pirates, Naga, and Mechs are added.
• December 5th: Murlocs and Demons join the pool.
• December 9th: Undead and Elementals arrive.
