Levels II, the sequel to the 2016 hit Levels, offers a refined and challenging RPG puzzle experience on Android. This minimalist dungeon crawler takes the core gameplay of its predecessor and adds a layer of strategic depth. If you enjoyed the original, prepare for a significant upgrade.
Explore a dungeon teeming with treasures, but beware – monsters guard your path! You'll need to strategically level up your adventurers and overcome these obstacles.
Gameplay revolves around a grid of colored cards: blue cards represent your adventurers, yellow cards are treasures, and red cards are the monsters you must defeat. Unlike the random tile placement in the original, Levels II introduces a system where tile color and level are directly influenced by your actions. Defeat a red tile, and a yellow one appears. This strategic element transforms the game from a simple puzzle into a logical RPG.
While the core mechanics of merging, looting, and battling remain, Levels II introduces greater control and strategic planning. You still have power-ups like the Thunder Stone for those tricky situations, and hidden panels with unique patterns await discovery. The rewards extend beyond a simple high score, offering a richer and more rewarding experience.
