Mortal Kombat 1’s latest update introduces a challenging secret: Pink Floyd, a mysterious pink ninja. Defeating Floyd unlocks the game's coveted Field stage, prominently featured in the initial trailer.

The community quickly cracked the code, revealing the unlock method and sharing detailed guides online. To face Floyd, players must complete ten out of thirty-seven available challenges within a single session. These challenges vary, requiring specific characters, Kameos, or even strategic losses under particular conditions. A helpful community-created spreadsheet lists all challenges and offers valuable tips.

The catch? The ten required challenges are randomized each session, preventing players from simply selecting the easiest options. While Floyd occasionally provides in-game hints, these appearances are infrequent. Fortunately, most challenges can be tackled on the easiest difficulty setting or in PvP mode using two controllers.

Successfully completing ten challenges grants three attempts to defeat Pink Floyd. Failure means restarting the challenge process to complete a new set of ten randomized tasks.
