Sword of Convallaria's Night Crimson Update: New Story, Characters, and Events

XD Inc. has unleashed the Night Crimson update for its popular tactical RPG, Sword of Convallaria. Millions have already downloaded the game since its July launch, and this expansion delivers a wealth of new content, including captivating events, valuable rewards, and innovative gameplay mechanics.

Continuing the Spiral of Destinies campaign, the update extends the Waverun City storyline with an engaging investigative clue wall system. This innovative feature blends tactical combat with detective work, requiring players to unravel mysteries and make crucial decisions. Players will be guided by Safiyyah, the Mobile Squad's strategic leader.

Night Crimson introduces a new character type: SP Characters. These are alternate versions of existing characters, boasting unique appearances and combat abilities. SP Rawiyah debuts on January 3rd, followed by SP Taair on January 17th. Unlocking an SP character, if you already possess their original counterpart, grants an exclusive SP skill, boosting the combat prowess of both versions.

Launched on December 20th, the Night Crimson events offer a plethora of rewards. Complete these events to earn Secret Fates, legendary trinkets, and exclusive avatar frames. The Waverun Tournament, commencing January 3rd, allows players to exchange event points for special items, providing a significant advantage in battles.

This update also offers a behind-the-scenes peek at the future of Sword of Convallaria, featuring developer messages and a video message from Safiyyah's Japanese voice actor. A new theme song, "Never Apart," is also included, with a Japanese version performed by Hikasa Yoko.
