Pokémon GO Fest 2025: A Global Invitation

Volcanion's Grand Debut

Trainers worldwide are invited to join the Pokémon GO Fest 2025 this summer! The in-person festivities kick off May 29th, with events in:

• Osaka, Japan (Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park): May 29th - June 1st
• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA (Liberty State Park): June 6th - 8th
• Paris, France (Parc de Sceaux): June 13th - 15th

A major highlight is the debut of the elusive Steam Pokémon, Volcanion! All ticket holders will receive a Special Research encounter with Volcanion. Please note: Each player gets only one Volcanion encounter, regardless of the number of tickets held. Extra Special Research stories will reward Volcanion Candy instead.

Important: The Lapel Pin and limited edition Pikachu, Gengar, and Wobbuffet backpacks are exclusive to Jersey City and Paris events and will not be available in Osaka.

Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global – For Everyone!

Can't make it to a regional event? Don't worry! Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global takes place online on June 28th and 29th. Trainers worldwide can participate. Global event tickets grant access to exclusive Timed Research for Volcanion, plus 5x Max Revives, 5x Rare Candies, and 3x Premium Battle Passes.

Global event tickets are available for purchase until June 29th. Trainers who purchase tickets by April 15th and play Pokémon GO anytime between April 8th, 10 AM local time and April 15th, 10 AM local time will receive a special Timed Research awarding an additional Skiddo encounter.
