Serial Cleaner, the crime-scene cleanup puzzler, is making a comeback! Remember this quirky title from 2019? This time, it's hitting mobile. But will it be a refined re-release or simply a modernized port? Only time will tell.
The game throws you into the gritty, yet cartoonish, 1970s. As Bob Leaner, your job is to discreetly eliminate bodies, clean up blood, and erase all evidence of mob violence—all while dodging watchful police officers.
Our previous 2019 review described the original as promising but unfinished. Developer Plug-In Digital is now self-publishing this mobile version, suggesting a chance for improvements.

A Retro Revival?
Pre-registration is open, with a February 11th, 2025 release date. While significant changes are uncertain, a polished re-release would be a welcome improvement after the initial mixed reception. However, given the time elapsed, extensive updates might be unrealistic.
The core concept remains compelling, but a simple mobile port diminishes the excitement somewhat. Nevertheless, Android users who missed out, or those experiencing compatibility issues with older iOS versions, might consider this an early gift.
