The Sims Marks 25th Anniversary with Free Items

Electronic Arts recently hosted an exciting livestream to get fans ready for the 25th anniversary celebration of The Sims series. They shared a sneak peek of the gifts and special events lined up for The Sims 4 players during this festive period.

The countdown to the big celebration has already started with a fresh update for The Sims 4. This update tackles various bugs, revamps the main menu for a smoother experience, and boosts overall game optimization. Fans of classic neighborhoods will be thrilled to know that several iconic houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs have been given a modern makeover. These updated versions will be instantly available when you start a new game. If you're playing with existing saves, you can easily find them in the library.

The main event kicks off on February 4, and it's going to be a blast! The Sims 4 will roll out an update packed with over 70 new free items. That's not all; the same day marks the start of the "Blast from the Past" in-game event. By completing a series of fun and easy missions, players can unlock a collection of retro-style items and build a new set for their Sims.
