The innovative Gallagio Loyalty system provides unique raid benefits for participants in "The Liberation of Lorenhall." Instead of traditional loot drops, players earn powerful damage and healing buffs, access to in-raid amenities such as auction houses and crafting stations, and accelerated food consumption. Exceptional rewards include free Augment Runes and game-changing abilities like raid section skips and portal creation. This surpasses previous loyalty systems seen in dungeons like Molten Core and Ahn'Qiraj, offering significantly more depth. Data miners suggest a new currency, akin to Shadowlands' dinars, will allow players to purchase raid items if they miss a drop.

Beyond raid enhancements, Patch 11.1 introduces a new Undermine location with unique challenges and a dedicated traversal vehicle. Players can also anticipate engaging quests and expansions related to goblin cartels.
