After extensive testing, we've cracked the code for unlocking all three Arata stages in *GHOUL://RE*. While these challenges don't demand extreme gaming prowess, prepare for an intense Reputation grind that will test your patience.

Arata Stage 1: Getting Started

First, accumulate 25,000 Reputation and reach Special Investigator rank in the C.C.G. Visit the second floor of C.C.G headquarters and speak with Damiro D. Mado (the NPC with headphones) to begin your quest. Your mission: collect 10 one-eyed fragments and 10 Kokuja fragments.

The most efficient method? Hunt down elite bosses Eto and Tatara, then craft the fragments at the workstation. Check your current Reputation with Saiyo Natsuki (the suited NPC). Once assembled, combine your fragments into five one-eyed Kokuja fragments.

The cryptic next step involves finding the mysterious "him" - which our community discovered is none other than Black Reaper of Doom And Despair.

Arata Stage 2: The Grind Intensifies

Warning: Stages 2 and 3 require playing in permadeath mode. Teamwork becomes crucial here.

With 100,000 Reputation (the definitive requirement, despite some player claims of lower thresholds), head to the C.C.G. laboratory elevator. Present your fragments to Black Reaper of Doom And Despair (the scalpel-wielding NPC) to unlock Arata-Proto armor. Remember: PD server is mandatory - standard servers won't progress your quest.

Arata Stage 3: The Final Showdown

The ultimate challenge requires 500,000 Yen and a one-eyed Kakuja fragment. When you pay the Black Reaper, he'll transport you to face Kishou Arima in an intense boss battle.

Prepare for aerial combat requiring precise dodging, blocking, and high-damage strikes. While not impossibly difficult, death means repeating the payment, so come well-equipped. Victory earns you the coveted Stage 3 Arata-Proto armor.

Mastering the Arata Armor

While powerful, Arata comes with trade-offs: it rapidly drains hunger (with no eating allowed while equipped), then starts consuming health when hunger is depleted.

The benefits outweigh the costs:

• Complete immunity to ragdoll effects
• Massive defensive and offensive boosts
• Transforms your character into a tank

For optimal Reputation grinding:

• Hunt bosses in PD mode (1,500 Reputation per kill)
• Standard ghouls offer poor returns (only 100 Reputation)
