Ayaneo Reveals Two Android Gaming Devices at GDC 2025

During GDC 2025 in San Francisco, Ayaneo, a Chinese company renowned for its handheld gaming devices since its founding in 2020, unveiled its first foray into Android gaming hardware. Initially known for its Windows-based handheld gaming PCs, Ayaneo has now expanded its portfolio with two new Android gaming devices: the Ayaneo Gaming Pad and the Ayaneo Pocket S2.

What Are the Two New Ayaneo Android Gaming Devices?

The Ayaneo Gaming Pad is an Android gaming tablet, while the Ayaneo Pocket S2 is a new handheld. Both devices are powered by Qualcomm's cutting-edge Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 platform, marking them as some of the first to harness this technology. This platform promises significant enhancements in CPU and GPU performance compared to its predecessors.

The Ayaneo Gaming Pad features an 8.3-inch LCD screen with a crisp 1440p resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It supports advanced features like hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Snapdragon Game Super Resolution, ensuring top-notch gaming visuals. Connectivity is bolstered with Wi-Fi 7, offering faster and more stable online gaming experiences. The tablet boasts a premium build with a glass back and a CNC-machined metal frame, along with high-end cameras including a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP front-facing camera.

Complementing the tablet, the Ayaneo Pocket S2 is a handheld device equipped with a 6.3-inch 1440p display. The handheld runs on Ayaneo’s proprietary software, AyaSpace and AyaHome, which provide robust game management and customization options.
