To get the Santa Shaq skin, purchase it from the Fortnite Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks. The set also includes the Santa Shaqback back bling. A bundle offering all items is also available.

While Winterfest runs until January 7, 2025, the Santa Shaq set is only available until December 12, 2024.
