Hearthstone Season 10: Trinkets Return to Battlegrounds!

Hearthstone enthusiasts, get ready for an exhilarating ride with the launch of Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature, set to go live on April 29th, 2025. This new season promises a fresh wave of excitement with a mix of new features and the return of beloved elements. As Season 9 concludes on the same day, your ratings will reset, and the Battlegrounds Track will be fully refreshed. Don't worry about unclaimed Season 9 rewards; they'll be automatically collected for you, ensuring you don't miss out on any of your hard-earned loot.

The excitement builds up with staggered reveals starting on April 18th, showcasing Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. Following this, on April 21st, Undead and Pirates will be unveiled, with Naga and Quilboar making their appearance on April 22nd. The reveal series concludes on April 23rd with Murlocs and Beasts, giving players a comprehensive look at what's coming.

Significant changes are in store with the start of the season. Anomalies will be completely removed from the Tavern, providing a more streamlined gameplay experience. Additionally, turn lengths will be extended, allowing you more time to strategize and make your moves effectively.

Trinkets, the fan-favorite passive power-ups, are making a triumphant return but with a twist. Available for purchase with Gold, they'll appear twice during each game: once on turn 6 as Lesser Trinkets and again on turn 9 as Greater Trinkets. Season 10 also improves your chances of acquiring Trinkets that align with your current minion type. Blizzard is set to introduce over 100 new Trinkets alongside more than 100 returning ones, ensuring a diverse and dynamic gameplay experience.

Two New Heroes Join the Fray

Introducing two new heroes to the Hearthstone Battlegrounds: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Forest Lord Cenarius brings the classic Druid flair, focusing on ramping up Gold and setting the stage for powerful late-game strategies. These new additions promise to shake up the meta and offer fresh tactical options.

Alongside the heroes, Blizzard is conducting a massive refresh of the minion pool, introducing over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells. This update aims to revitalize the gameplay and keep the meta engaging. As always, the Battlegrounds Track will be reset, giving everyone a new start and fresh opportunities to climb the ranks.
