Warhorse Studios has announced forthcoming official mod support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, enabling players to unleash their creativity within the medieval Bohemian setting.

The developer revealed this via a concise Steam post, utilizing Steamworks for the modding tools. While the post lacked a release date or specifics, it confirmed the team's intention to introduce this functionality. Currently, unofficial mods thrive on platforms like Nexus Mods. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's recent release has generated significant community interest, making Warhorse's extensive post-launch plans unsurprising. Beyond Steamworks mod support, three expansions are slated for 2025: "Brushes with Death" (summer), "Legacy of the Forge" (fall), and "Mysteria Ecclesia" (winter). These expansions will enrich Henry's narrative, complemented by free updates introducing features like Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.
