Get ready for Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated Mythical Island booster pack! This major 2024 mobile game update adds exciting new cards and packs. Here's when you can get your hands on the Mythical Island pack.

Mythical Island Release Date and Time

The Mythical Island booster pack drops on December 17th at 1:00 AM Eastern Time, coinciding with the game's daily reset. The Genetic Apex set packs will also be released simultaneously. It's currently unclear if Pack Points can be used for Mythical Island purchases.

Key Cards in Mythical Island

Over 80 new cards are coming with Mythical Island, including the highly anticipated Mew Ex. While a basic Mew card exists (a rare secret mission reward), Mew Ex promises to significantly impact gameplay.

Revenge (1 Fighting, 1 Colorless Energy): If any of your Pokemon were Knocked Out by damage from an attack during your opponent’s last turn, this attack does 60 more damage. 40+ damage.

Blue (Trainer)During your opponent’s next turn, all of your Pokemon take -10 damage from attacks from your opponent’s Pokemon.
Leaf (Trainer)During this turn, the Retreat Cost of your Active Pokemon is 2 less.
