Bees are not to be underestimated; players need protective suits, water dousing, or even flamethrowers to avoid stings. A novel weapon, the Bee Grenade, looks like a jar of honey but, when broken, unleashes three swarms of aggressive bees, compelling players to seek safety quickly.

The engineering workbench has undergone a complete redesign, now boasting a separate tech tree for plumbing and electricity. This update empowers players to construct automated systems and even full-scale factories, revolutionizing the building aspect of the game. Additionally, developers have introduced premium servers, exclusively accessible to players whose Rust inventory exceeds a value of $15.
