Free Fire's Winterlands 2024 update brings a frosty chill to the battlegrounds! This exciting update introduces Koda, a new character with unique arctic abilities, enhanced movement mechanics, and seasonal events.
Koda, a young man from the arctic, utilizes a mystical fox mask granting him the Aurora Vision ability. This allows him to detect enemies hidden behind cover (unless crouching or prone) and highlight enemy positions during parachuting.
The highlight of the update is Frosty Tracks – ice-covered rails enabling players to dash across the map while shooting, turning, and using throwables. Strategically placed Coin Machines along these tracks reward players with 100 FF coins during gliding. These tracks appear in both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.
Winterlands 2024 also features Aurora Events in both game modes. Battle Royale includes aurora-affected Coin Machines, while Clash Squad offers aurora-affected Supply Gadgets. Completing event quests by interacting with these items provides a team-wide buff.
