Dune: Awakening hasn't officially launched yet, but it's already smashed records with nearly 100,000 concurrent players on Steam.

Steam's official data reveals Dune: Awakening hit 93,634 simultaneous players on June 5 - remarkable considering this was limited to "head start" purchasers of the $69.99 Deluxe or $89.99 Ultimate editions. The full release arrives June 10, 2025 for all players.

While concurrent numbers don't tell the whole story (especially with console versions for PS5 and Xbox Series arriving later), they offer compelling early indicators of the game's potential impact.

With weekends typically driving higher player counts, Dune: Awakening might surpass its current record before June 10. Currently ranking 195th in Steam's all-time peak charts among thousands of titles, these numbers are impressive for a pre-launch title.
