SZ Viewer: read DTC for Suzuki

Use an ELM327 adapter to read Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from Suzuki control modules

Designed specifically for Suzuki vehicles, SZ Viewer A1 utilizes proprietary protocols (through K-Line and CAN bus) in addition to standard OBDII protocols. This app can read and clear DTCs, including extended and historical fault codes, for numerous Suzuki control modules.

Support is also available for Japanese domestic market (JDM) Suzuki vehicles, even if they are not equipped with OBDII protocol compatibility.

An ELM327 adapter (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi), version 1.3 or newer, is required. Incompatible counterfeit ELM327 adapters (often labeled as v2.1 or certain v1.5 models) are not suitable because they lack support for the necessary ELM327 commands.

The older SDL protocol (using 5V levels, pin #9 of the OBDII connector) for pre-2000 model year vehicles is not supported due to physical incompatibility with ELM327 hardware.

This application lets you view and reset DTCs for multiple control modules, including: powertrain, engine, transmission (AT/CVT), ABS/ESP, SRS, climate control (AC/HVAC), body control module (BCM), power steering (PS), EMCD/4WD/AHL, and TPMS. Please note, not all modules will be present on every vehicle tested.

When diagnosing the HVAC module, DTCs B1504 or B150A may appear if the sunload sensor receives insufficient light during the diagnostic process. This does not indicate an actual sensor malfunction.
