Ten hidden portals lead to the challenging Lost Galaxy, requiring players to discover cleverly concealed entrances within the game's regular worlds. This guide details the location and method for accessing each portal. Look for the swirling icon on the level select screen – it indicates a hidden portal within that stage.

Portal Locations and Access Methods:

1. Az-Tech Trail:

Mid-level, locate a dark room with four lit torches surrounding a wall. Use the Twin-Frog Gloves to extinguish all four torches. The wall will then open, revealing the portal.

2. Creamy Canyon:

Early in the level, past a bouncing ladybug, grab the charging pig. Swing the pig towards the icy statue, destroying it. Backtrack, jump over the ladybug, and perform a charged spin attack on the newly accessible platform to uncover the portal.

3. Go-Go Archipelago:

After defeating Captain Pincher, locate a glowing area near his embedded claw. Perform a charged spin attack to reveal a hidden room containing the portal.

4. Downsize Surprise:

Near the level's end, find a bubble-blowing frog. Use the controller's breath function to inflate the bubbles. Shrink, ride a bubble, and transfer to another to reach a branch above a bot. From there, navigate to the opposite branch to find the portal.

5. Free Big Brother!:

At the level's start, immediately turn around. Lure the electric enemy to electrocute the platforms, opening a hidden wall and revealing the portal.

6. Bathhouse Battle:

Find the house with a flaming chimney. After absorbing water, climb to the roof and extinguish the flames. Descend the chimney to access the portal.

7. Hieiroglitch Pyramid:

At the level's end, locate an area with falling jewels and a bounce pad. The pad leads to a hidden area with a trap. Find two hidden switches to open the pathway to the portal.

8. Balloon Breeze:

Obtain the pufferfish power-up. Backtrack to an early area with a ladybug enemy and a distant platform. Use the ladybug to bounce to the floating area, activate the pufferfish, hover to the platform, and use motion controls to clear bamboo surrounding the portal. Run around the perimeter to activate it.

9. Djinny of the Lamp:

After defeating Djinny, climb the glowing ruins, using Astro's hover ability to reach invisible platforms. Ride the unfurled rug to the final platform containing the portal.

10. Frozen Meal:

Before the boss fight, roll a snowball into a large ball and use it as a platform to reach the cliffside area, where the final portal is located.
