Gold Armor is a game-changer in Call of Duty Zombies, offering self-repairing capabilities that significantly enhance survivability. This guide details how to obtain this powerful upgrade in Black Ops 6 on The Tomb map.

The Power of Gold Armor

First introduced in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, Gold Armor automatically repairs itself over time, eliminating the constant need for armor plates. This is especially beneficial against tough enemies like Amalgams, ensuring you're always adequately protected. Even without plates, your armor regenerates.

Obtaining the Gold Armor Vest: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Locate Statue Heads: Find two statue heads inside the Dark Aether Nexus. These are hidden inside destructible wooden boxes. One box is near a palm tree, in the corner closest to the green Gateway portal. The other is easily spotted near the Juggernog Perk Machine.

   

2. Repair the Statues: Take the statue heads to the Dig Site. Place them on the two ruined Roman statues. One is near the Ammo Cache, the other near the Roman Mausoleum (Pack-a-Punch area).

3. Survive the Blood Sacrifices: Activating a repaired statue initiates a "Blood Sacrifice" challenge. This involves eliminating multiple high-value target (HVT) enemies (Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts). The challenge significantly reduces your health to 1 HP, making armor crucial. Multiple HVTs spawn depending on the number of players.

   

   • Solo Strategy: Use a Mutant Injection to transform into a Mangler, becoming temporarily invincible. Time the transformation to coincide with the Blood Sacrifice start.
   • Co-op Strategy: Have one player activate the sacrifice while another uses a Chopper Gunner from a safe distance to eliminate the HVTs.

4. Claim Your Reward: After completing both Blood Sacrifices, the Gold Armor Vest becomes available for purchase at the Roman Mausoleum's Wall Buy.

Key Considerations:

• Equip a Tier 3 vest and carry ample armor plates before starting the Blood Sacrifice.
• Completing the Blood Sacrifice does not remove existing enemies from the map. It's best done towards the end of a round.
