Airtel Tribe serves as the ultimate one-stop solution for all your retail needs, streamlining the way retailers manage both customer service and their personal accounts with Airtel. With the Retailer Tribe App, retailers can efficiently handle a wide range of customer services including new customer registrations, editing existing registrations, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, Agent Money (AM) cash in/out, bill payments, as well as Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) and AM transfers to other retailers.

The app also empowers retailers to manage their own Airtel accounts with ease. They can view and edit their profile, manage stock by viewing, updating, requesting, or buying it, and review their sales hierarchy. Additionally, retailers can reset AM/EVD pins, unlock their accounts, apply for agent loans, and conduct banking services directly from their account. The application provides a comprehensive view of transaction history, commissions earned, and performance metrics on Airtel services, enabling retailers to perform self-service tasks and submit service requests to Airtel. Furthermore, the app supports the listing of key training notes, surveys, and manages digital notices specifically for retailers.
